Emily's such a treasure! She's sitting up on her own, and she wants to crawl and move about on her own too. We're not sure we're ready for that yet but it'll probably happen before we know it! Her favorite toy to play with right now is her striped ball. She's fascinated by it.

Emily also just started eating solids. It's a whole new world of experiences, but she's smiled through every moment of it. She's so happy to be eating something different. It's been a messy few days, but it's wonderful just to see how fascinated she is by rice cereal! Just wait until we get to peas and pears!

The days go by so quickly, just like everyone warned us they would. But each day is an adventure that we'll never forget, filled with of smiles, giggles and lots of love.
